Soups are THE BEST because there are so many varieties of soup with different flavors, and it’s served steaming HOT! Some soups are rich, hearty and filling, and some are deliciously light. Soup can be eaten before your main meal or as your main meal. AND soups are pretty easy to make, which makes these great go to meals for the family. I could go on and on how soups are great, but really the main point of this post is to share some of my favorite soup recipes for all the soup lovers out there, so here you go!

My parents have a secret family recipe, but here’s a similar recipe. Skip the egg, skip the fish sauce (I don’t use it because I’m allergic), and add a dash of lemon if you want to spice your serving up.
